What does a personal trainer do?

I design and guide clients through fitness programs tailored to their goals. This includes creating workout routines, providing instruction on proper exercise techniques, and offering guidance on nutrition and lifestyle habits.

How long will it take to see results?

The timeline for results varies based on factors like consistency, effort, and individual differences.

What degree/certifications do you have?
I have a degree in Biological Sciences as well as several certifications. Those include: NASM-CPT, NASM-PES, Barbell Rehab Method Certified, Unique Considerations for the Female Barbell Athlete, Trainology I, Trainology II
What if I have a pre-existing medical condition or injury?

I am trained to work with individuals with various health conditions and injuries through corrective exercise. However, it’s crucial to inform me about any medical concerns so they can modify exercises accordingly and collaborate with healthcare professionals if needed. I do not guarantee it, but many people that have worked with me reduce their pain or get rid of their pain completely through doing the right exercises with good form.

What is the difference between your Strength Clinic and semi-private training?
The Strength Clinic is for someone that needs more accountability and wants to start or get back into their fitness routine. I program workouts that work and that everyone can do.

My semi-private training is different than the typical group training. This is the closest you can get to 1-1 training without the price. These workouts are personalized to fit your needs and goals.
