I’m Shelby
Based in St. Charles County, MO, I am a certified personal trainer who specializes in strength training. Lifting has improved my life in many ways, including my physical health and my relationship with food. Before I started lifting, I struggled with yo-yo dieting and unhealthy weight loss tactics. Now, I maintain my weight with a 2,200-calorie diet and don’t rely solely on cardio workouts. 1-1 Personal Training
For those at varying levels of fitness, Shelby’s one-on-one Personal Training service is adaptable to specific needs, whether that be weight loss, muscle building, or general wellness. Utilizing programmed workouts available through TrainHeroic, clients can maintain their training regimen even when not directly engaged with Shelby, ensuring continuous progress.
Semi-Private Training
For individuals seeking a more budget-friendly option, Shelby also provides semi-private training sessions. Capped at a maximum of five people, these sessions allow for personalized attention while also benefitting from a supportive group dynamic. The setting is ideal for anyone looking to make significant strides in their fitness journey without breaking the bank.
Powerlifting Coaching
With five years of experience as a powerlifting coach and personal records that include a 300 lb squat, a 150 lb bench press, and a 315 lb deadlift, Shelby Knowles is well-equipped to guide clients towards lifting success. Her personalized training programs focus on teaching the necessary techniques and strategies for improving lifts and excelling in competitions.
